Krystal was also assigned to work on various social media pages, changing every few months. She worked on Snapchat, Twitter and Instagram, where she created the most impact. Krystal's primary goal was to improve on engagement rate and attract more of a female audience. While on Instagram she was able to up engagement rate and likes, primarily with female followers. Krystal followed a lot of trends and was able to grow her knowledge of the anime and manga community in order to create more informed posts.


While working at Right Stuf Anime as a Social Media Coordinator, Krystal worked on various platforms used to promote the site. Her biggest challenge was to rebrand the company's Pinterest page and make it more user friendly. Before Krystal started working on it, it was poorly organized and consisted of multiple pages that contained the same type of content; for example, there were close to four boards that held employee reviews. The first thing that Krystal did was make a list of all the boards that had multiples, ones that had been poorly developed and ones that needed to be organized into multiple boards and not just one. After Krystal's reorganization, she cut the board number in half in order to make it more comprehensive. She then created a plan to up user engagement by creating more female centric posts, attracting the female fan base. Krystal's rebrand helped build create more user views and a larger follower base.

Krystal has worked with various start-ups and social media influencers. She assisted in the creative development of Moth House Press, helping them create their website and build their social media platforms. She helped them create a social media plan and how to grow their follower count in order to get their products seen.

She is also working with a health and wellness influencer, marissah.shulte.fitness, in creating a website and blog, as well as further developing her brand and social media presence. The two looked at Marissah's current social media presence and determined what could be improved, what times were best to post and how to grow her brand with the use of other social media influencers and product placement.
